    Cracked Head **UPDATE**- REPLACED BY VOFEL

    UPDATE: The company reached out to me through Dropy very shortly after my Dropy review published. They offered a full refund, but I requested a replacement, which I received less than a week later! THANK YOU VOFEL!!I have seen great results with this product. It is not a miracle worker, but I do see lift. I've used it now for an average of 3-4 times a week for about 4 months. At 61, I am happy with the results.********************Purchased in April 2024. Now has a cracked head in August 2024. Was not dropped. Looking for a replacement- but no way to contact the company. Hoping this gets resolved- because I LOVE my face massager.

    Don't believe the naysayers. For the price, it's a win.

    I want to leave this ad because I had doubts about this product and so did my wife because of some reviews we had seen. But Honestly I've been using for about a month and when I use it i use the Medicube brand collagen jelly and I also use other daily facial serums in my daily routine. But honestly I use it maybe twice a week and i have actually noticed quite a nice difference in my face and to be honest i did notice a small difference immediately a little bit better color as well as lines in my face definitely less noticeable but i doubted that it was the machine but now ive been using a little over a month and there is definitely obvious results. My face is much smoother as well as has a lot more warmth and glow coming from my skin, I'm very pale so I tend to feel self conscious about the hew of my skin but I'm very satisfied with this machine and my wife has also been made a believer. I didn't have very high expectations when i first purchased because of the price but overall im actually very satisfied.

    Feels nice to use, simple operation and clear instructions

    There are four modes of operation, two with heat and two without. All modes have vibration. You press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to turn the device on. The same button is responsible for changing the mode by short-pressing it. There is another button to increase or decrease the frequency of the vibration. It came with a micro USB cable for charging. I'm not sure about the functionality of the different lights but it sure feels good to use this device after applying a massage cream or a lotion that can help it glide easily. I use it on my face and neck with all the lights in a cyclic order. I don't know if it's a coincidence but I had two new pimples on my face and they almost dried up rather quickly. I have used blue lights to clear up acne before so I think it can be credited to the blue lights of this device. The heat combined with the smoothness of the device feels good on the skin. The different modes are clearly visible on the LCD screen. I will keep using the device because I think the lotion/cream/oil whatever I use on my face and neck, absorbs better by using this device. I also like to Hope that it helps with the wrinkles but it's too soon too give a verdict on that. The vibration starts only when it's in contact with the skin.
