Description
Vomvomp Sandy Trimmer Strips offer a stress-free, automated solution for maintaining your small exotic pet's claws. Designed specifically for active small animals like sugar gliders, squirrels, chinchillas, prairie dogs, and degus, these adhesive strips apply directly to the inner surface of mesh or solid exercise wheels.
Crafted with a safe, natural mineral abrasive surface featuring 60-grit calcium carbonate, the strips gently file down the sharp tips of your pet's nails as they run and play. This continuous, natural grooming process prevents painful scratches during handling and stops nails from getting dangerously caught on fabric pouches or bedding.

Perfect for exotic pet parents looking to simplify their grooming routine, these high-performance strips ensure a smooth, worry-free maintenance routine.

FAQs
Do sugar gliders have nails?
Yes, sugar gliders have sharp nails on their fingers and toes that they use for climbing and gripping. Regular trimming or the use of trimmer strips is necessary to prevent their nails from becoming overly sharp and snagging on fabrics.
Can I use human nail clippers on my sugar glider?
While specialized small animal clippers are recommended as a backup, standard human nail clippers can split a sugar glider's delicate nails if not used with extreme care. Utilizing automated trimmer strips on exercise wheels is a safer way to maintain their length naturally.
How do these strips attach to the pet exercise wheel?
These strips feature a strong adhesive backing that sticks directly onto the clean, dry inner track of solid or mesh exercise wheels. They stay firmly in place while your small pet runs, providing continuous grooming.
