I have really dry eyes and some meds make it worse. Eye drops and gels weren't working for long, so in between I can now use this item to relieve the dryness. It's easy to use, doesn't leak and it's so portable I can take it wherever I go. I like that it heats the eye wash to make a warm mist and the battery has a long life. I especially like to use it right before I go to bed.
