    Lightweight and Full of Good Stuff

    I'm so so impressed by the ingredient list on this product! It's got so many skin-loving ingredients including niacinamide, panthenol, saccharomyces ferment filtrate, garlic extract, adenosine, extracts, and so so much more. I was genuinely impressed. I was a little skeptical about the garlic extract but the product doesn't really have a discernable scent and this extract CAN have antioxidant, antiinflammatory, and antimicrobial benefits (this last one being especially great for people with acne-prone skin). On that note, it also has salicylic acid, though it's pretty far down in the ingredient list. I do wish some of the more interesting ingredients (like the salicylic, or propolis extract) were higher up in the ingredients list! With that being said, this DOES contain silicones (vinyl dimethicone and caprylyl methicone). There isn't anything necessarily wrong with including silicones but it's an ingredient I try to avoid in my skincare as much as possible as they can clog pores or prevent future skincare that you layer on top from properly seeping in. The good thing is that this is ideally going to be your last or close-to-last product seeing as it's your moisturizer product, so it not allowing other products to sink in isn't as big of an issue. Just something to note! Also, I really appreciate that there are no added fragrance or known irritants!The texture for this is also very lightweight and absorbs really quickly without feeling heavy or like it's too much. Gel moisturizers like this are lightweight so they're great for people with acne-prone skin or for when the weather gets super humid or you don't need too much moisture, but still want to put a little something. This really does feel well-thought-out and nice.

    Really great fragrance free cream!

    The Korean beauty industry continues to be on point with great quality products! This has been my first time trying anything from the VT brand but I am happy so far! I have sensitive skin while being a a very fair complexion and a redhead. All that means my skin is often red and irritated. This goes on smoothly and soaks in quickly. I have had no sensitive issues with it and have already seen a difference with this cream calming my skin down. That is a real win in my book! Hopefully more improvement continues over more time and use. This is also fragrance free.
