  Gentle, pH-Balanced Toner for All Skin Types

  This PDRN Toner by VT Cosmetics is a very light-weight watery hydrating toner that has a non-sticky finish and leaves my skin feeling plump and looking glowy. I'm very pleased with the packaging of this. The bottle is flexible, making it easy to squeeze out the toner via the flip-top lid. The lid is my favorite part of the packaging - most toner bottles have a screw top lid, which can be cumbersome to use when you have damp hands - I can't count the number of times I've dropped lids trying to get them on or off my toner bottles. The bottle comes with safety seals on both ends of the box and under the flip-top lid. I really appreciate the attention to safety and feel very reassured that the product has not been tampered with and is hygienic. At 250ml this is a good sized toner - equivalent to most of my other K-Beauty toners - I anticipate this will last me at least a few months with twice daily usage using two or three layers based on my experience with other toners of this size. This is watery and lightweight, with no body to it, so while it is hydrating, it is not moisturizing. I only use a few shakes (about a quarter size of toner) for one layer for my face and neck. It spreads well and it feels incredibly soothing on the skin. It has a skin like finish with a slight glow but no sticky or greasy residue after use. The toner has a very skin friendly pH of 5 according to my pH test strips. I think this would be a great toner for all skin types because the level of hydration is customizable. If you have oily skin you may want to use just one layer of this, and drier skin types may enjoy several layers - I have combo dehydrated skin - so I usually use two or three layers. This layers beautifully with my other skincare products like serums, moisturizer, sunscreen, and makeup with no pilling and does not irritate or sting my skin - it has no fragrance and no common allergens. I use this in both my daytime and nighttime routine, and I feel like even someone with oily skin would be able to use it in either or both routines, since it doesn't add any extra moisture to my skin, just hydration. This toner has great ingredients - soothing ingredients like Allantoin, Panthenol, and Centella Asiatica; Hydrators like Glycerin and Erythritol; and one of my favorite ingredients, Panax Root Ginseng Extract. The ginsenosides in Ginseng Extract are a work horse in skincare - providing antioxidant, brightening, and anti-inflammatory benefits. I feel an immediate benefit to my skin when I use this, and after almost 4 weeks of twice-daily use I believe that my skin looks a little firmer, with improved tone and texture. I would highly recommend this for anyone with skin that needs a little boost.

After using it consistently for a few weeks, my skin looked noticeably smoother, more balanced, and had a healthy glow that carried through the day. The combination of vegan PDRN, wild ginseng, niacinamide, and panthenol provides lasting hydration while helping support the skin barrier and improve overall skin tone and texture. It layers beautifully under serums and moisturizers without pilling, making it easy to incorporate into both morning and evening routines.   Beautiful Looking Toner That Gives Me Dewy Skin.

  I like the way this toner makes my skin feel: Really refreshing, and I can see that it's doing a good cleaning job while giving me just a bit of extra moisture. I actually wish it had a more viscous texture, as I really enjoy when a toner has some more substantial weight to it. This leans to watery (as most toners do.) I am a big fan of plant PDRN. I have really enjoyed the effects, my skin gets an extra glow and feels more hydrated. My extra glow lasts all day! This seems to amplify the results of my other PDRN products a bit. My skin is looking nicer than it has in quite a little while. No irritation, and no breakouts. The toner is not sticky, which is really nice. It's unscented, which I prefer! I have been using this for four days, once in the morning and again before bedtime. I layer a daytime moisturizer and sometimes products like concealer and blush over it once it's dried and it doesn't cause any issues with my makeup going on or staying on. I plan to keep this as part of my routine and I might even add a phyto PDRN serum because I am so happy with this toner and how well it plays with PDRN stuff in general. I think it is a good value for the excellent quality and I do recommend this if you're into glass skin, PDRN products, or just looking for a gentle toner that makes your skin feel nice and look glowy without irritation. Also of note: It looks beautiful, what a lovely color!
