FAQs
Are touchless soap dispensers worth it?
Yes, they are a worthwhile investment for most homes. They improve hygiene by eliminating the need to touch pump handles, help reduce overall soap consumption, and keep your bathroom or kitchen counter cleaner.
How to refill an automatic foam soap dispenser?
Simply unscrew or open the soap reservoir tank, pour in your preferred foaming soap, and securely reattach the tank. If you are using a standard liquid soap, ensure you dilute it with water to achieve the right consistency for foaming.
Why is my soap dispenser sensor not working?
This is often caused by low battery levels or residue blocking the infrared sensor. Ensure the device is fully charged and wipe the sensor area with a clean, dry cloth to remove any soap buildup.
Are these products authentic imports from the USA?
Yes, all products sold by Dropy India are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the USA, ensuring you receive genuine quality items for your home.
What does IPX5 waterproof rating mean?
An IPX5 rating means the soap dispenser is protected against low-pressure water jets from any angle. This makes it ideal for use in areas that frequently get wet, such as next to a kitchen or bathroom sink.
