Fantastic time with
I am a broadcast engineer by trade, but also do a lot of work in the IT field as well. These cameras only output SDI, and having this monitor with me saved a significant amount of time over having to borrow one, usually a bulkier one, from the production truck. The technology varies; sometimes VGA, occasionally HDMI. I also utilize it to troubleshoot digital signage installations. But an significant utilize for me is as a test monitor during remote TV broadcast productions. But this little unit does, and at a cost hundreds of dollars less than most SDI capable monitors. Just yesterday, it was used to aim two POV 'dunk' cameras on basketball backboards, while on a ladder, in a production for a major TV sports network. High end broadcasting uses a signal format called SDI that a lot of portable monitors aren't equipped to grip since of its specialized nature. I was asked by other engineers where I got it, so I suspect that more of these will be sold to folks that need to view SDI video. My current primary job requires me to test the performance of DVRs worked with to monitor point-of-sale locations.

Great Customer Help!
I's compact for a TV, but I'm not large on watching TV. I'm thrilled with it and I would recommend it to a pal. Viewing angle is petty wide, the image is keen and bright. This is mounted on the wall beside my desk so it is close enough to be adequately large for me. The sound is...properly, it sucks, but it's the best you're going to get from 1-inch speakers. But the sound is as good as youre going to get from petite speakers and at least they're stereo. The colors are saturates but not to excess, and the contrast is very fine. If I could give it 4.5 stars because of the sound and lack of an audio output jack.

This product is an IT finest friend
Koolfly is an exceptionally honorable company. I will be, of course, be opening the box and checking if everything is ok. To my delight and utter disbelief, I got an email from Gloria within a short few hours, not days, with the question of How Can I Help. This was an agreed upon compromise. Live and learn !!?!! None the less, I chose to contact Koolfly directly. It was way past the return window and it was seriously doubtful that Dropy orKoolfly would be helpful. Thanks again, Koolfly, you're REMARKABLE !!! Thank you Gloria for your above and beyond assistance in correcting my error.Having purchased this effortless to setup and use camera and monitor in February of 2022 it has been in use nearly 24/7 monitoring a incredibly elderly parent who detests being constantly hovered over. My BIG Mistake was putting it away without opening the box and checking it out.To my surprise and utter dismay itturned out to be missing the camera and plug. Gloria constructed sure that the missing items were replaced and shipped out by the next day !How Kool is that ?I am purchasing my 3rd set today to be sure to have it on hand and due to the fact of the wonderful price. What an honorable company! The camera has been repeatedly plugged and unplugged by being moved from area to room and even outside on an extension cord.I had bought a backup set, knowing that if I didn't, that by the time a replacement would be needed this model may no longer be available.
