How to use
- Unscrew the flint spring from the bottom of the lighter insert and remove the old flint remnant.
- Remove the felt pad, old cotton packing, and worn wick.

- Replace the cotton felt pad, insert the anti-evaporation metal gasket over it, drop a new flint into the tube, and secure the flint spring tightly.
- Fill with lighter fluid as usual.

A steal for the price if you compare to the cost of a Ferro rod. Petite plenty to keep in various places in case of emergency, including on my person. Great! These are just as effective as a Ferro rod or flint and steel. It doesn't need fuel to work to throw a spark and keep you alive in a survival setting. I bought these for my emergency/wilderness survival kit.
