FAQs
How do you properly stretch these silencers over your tags without tearing them?
To install without tearing, warm the silicone silencer in your hands to increase flexibility, then gently work it over one corner of the tag at a time. Slowly pull the rubber loop around the remaining edges until it sits snugly in the perimeter groove.
Will these black silicone silencers fit standard issue military identification tags?
Yes, these silencers measure approximately 52 x 31 millimeters, which perfectly matches the dimensions of standard authentic military identification tags and similarly sized tactical or medical alert plates.
Can these silencers be used on pet collar ID tags to stop rattling?
Absolutely. While designed for military style tags, their elastic nature allows them to stretch over various square or rectangular pet ID tags, making them an excellent noise muffler for active dogs.
