Pet approved!
We bought several different variations of this bowl, and my dog loves them. They are an amazing way to provide a healthy supplement to her kibble diet without breaking the bank. As always, wellness uses high quality ingredients in this product, and my dog did not have any reactions when we introduced this into her diet. It looks kind of mushy when you squeeze it out of the bag. She wolfed it down, and would happily eat one of these at every meal. It definitely gets check marks for taste and pet preference and consumption! My only criticism is the portion size, which suggests that my medium sized dog should be eating 1.5 packs a meal. Given that there are only 6 packs in the box, this would be extremely expensive for her to consume these regularly, which is why we are just using these as a topper instead. I would also note that the packaging of this is not really "dog" coded, and my husband did initially think that these were protein bowls for humans. Overall though these are a good value given their high quality.

SUPER APPEALING Slow Cooked FOR DOGS - Exceptional High Quality Ingredients and Excellent Flavors!!
I'm really impressed with these new protein bowl formulas from Wellness, particularly in the context of what is going on in the pet food industry overall! We've all been aware of all the subscription dog food companies advertising formulations that are "superior" to traditional dog food - fresher, more nutritious, etc - but I am always loathe to subscribe to anything and those formulas seem rather pricy for what they are offering. Enter Wellness Protein Bowls! This formula offers all the bespoke dog food formulations of these subscription models backed with the high ingredients, standards and quality that Wellness has been offering for decades! These cleverly designed meals are not as wet and sloppy as some dog food because they are concentrated with ingredients - meat, vegetables, and grains! This formula has duck, sweet potato and cranberries and my dogs really love it! I adore that these pouches are so easily resealable so you can make this last for a few meals - either as an addition to kibble or all on its own. So far my dogs love these (I got several flavors - and both dogs seem to have their favorites overall these are a hit!) and now come running when they hear me shaking the pouches in the morning. These are definitely worth getting and trying out on your dogs - particularly if you are looking for higher quality healthy options to add to your dog's diet. Awesome product!!

Fresh, Slow Cooked Duck, Cranberry & Yam Prepared Wet Dog Meals are Worthy of Thanksgiving
I like the Wellness Protein Bowls Duck, Sweet Potato, and Cranberries wet dog food because it adds some variety to my dog's regular meals. The combination of ingredients sounds appealing, and I like that the recipe includes wholesome grains along with duck, sweet potato, and cranberries. The texture makes it easy to serve on its own or mix with dry kibble when I want to make mealtime a little more interesting. The individual 6.2-ounce pouches are convenient for portioning, and I appreciate not having to open a large can and store leftovers every time. The six-pack is also a practical option for trying this recipe without buying too much at once. I would mainly use it as a meal topper or an occasional addition to my dog's regular food, especially if feeding it at every meal becomes expensive. Overall, it's a convenient wet food option with an appealing ingredient combination and easy-to-use packaging that helps add variety to my dog's diet.

A Gourmet Meal My Dogs Think Came From My Kitchen
My dogs go wild for the Wellness Protein Bowls Duck, Sweet Potato & Cranberries recipe. Seriously, as soon as I tear open a pouch, it's like a stampede in my kitchen. What I love is that you can actually see the real chunks of duck, sweet potato, and cranberries. No mystery mush you get with a lot of wet foods. It looks and smells like something I could have slow-cooked myself. Duck is a fun change from the usual chicken or beef, and the sweet potatoes and cranberries keep things interesting for my pups. Plus, with real meat at the top of the ingredient list and a mix of wholesome grains and veggies, it feels like a well-rounded meal I can feel good about serving. The resealable pouches are totally amazing!! No more wrestling with messy cans or hunting for lids. Portioning is a breeze, and cleanup is basically nonexistent. The food smells so good that even my fussy eater licked the bowl spotless. Compared to the usual canned options I've tried (and trust me, I've tried plenty), this one looks fresher, smells more inviting, and gets way more tail wags at mealtime. After a few weeks of mixing these protein bowls into my dogs' meals (sometimes as a topper, sometimes as the main event), I've seen nothing but happy dances and clean bowls. Their digestion has been great, too. If you want to treat your pups to a premium wet food that actually delivers on quality and taste, this Wellness Protein Bowls recipe is a winner. It's officially a staple in our house, and judging by the excitement at dinnertime, my dogs would totally agree.
