I've tried a lot of dry and wet dog foods throughout the years, and the reaction my dog has to this one is in a league of its own. The second I take a pouch out of the pantry, she starts spinning, rolling over, and running through every trick she knows. She is obsessed.I love that chicken is the first ingredient (as it should be), followed by rice, chicken liver, and chicken bone broth - so you're getting real, recognizable protein sources right away. There are also visible vegetables as you empty the pouch, like peas, carrots, and celery. No meat by-products, no wheat, no corn, no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.A 6-pack of 6.2 oz pouches is solid value, and to stretch it even further, I've been doing part dry kibble + half a pouch per meal. Both my dogs live the Wellness Protein Bowls. I have one especially fussy dog and she gobbles the bowls right up with no stalling around. Very good product and I definitely recommend this product. I have alrwady purchased more.

Pet approved!
We bought several different variations of this bowl, and my dog loves them all. They are an amazing way to provide a healthy supplement to her kibble diet without breaking the bank. As always, wellness uses high quality ingredients in this product, and my dog did not have any reactions when we introduced this into her diet. It looks kind of mushy when you squeeze it out of the bag, but there is not any odor. She wolfed it down, and would happily eat one of these at every meal. It definitely gets check marks for taste and pet preference and consumption! My only criticism is the portion size, which suggests that my medium sized dog should be eating 1.5 packs a meal. Given that there are only 6 packs in the box, this would be extremely expensive for regular pet consumption, which is why we are just using these as a topper instead. I would also note that the packaging of this is not really "dog" coded, and my husband did initially think that these were protein bowls for humans. Overall though these are a good value for the money given their high quality.
