Your fur babies will love you even more after trying this!
My fur babies love this, definitely will purchase more. It was easy on their stomach too. It does have a fish and herb kinda smell but not real strong.

It smells like bell peppers (and fish)!
My dog has been enjoying the salmon, whitefish & rice recipe so far and has the seafood has been gentle on both his stomach and skin allergies. The formula is a lot drier than I was expecting and has a flaky consistency. The smell isn't as fishy as I was anticipating, either. It still has a distinct seafood odor, but I first smelled sweet red bell peppers the first time I opened it. I also think it's a nice, convenient feature to have the pouch be resealable and is something unique that I've not seen on pet food pouches before. However, some food does leak past the seal line before opening it the first time, but the seal is actually more durable than some treat bags that I've come across.Even though this is a seafood recipe, with salmon, whitefish and tuna listed as the first three ingredients, it does also contain chicken (listed fifth), so it won't be suitable with dogs with severe chicken allergies. The price is definitely on the high side, especially per pouch, which is only 6.2 ounces, but it looks like quality food, and my picky dog loves the flavor. But, it'll have to be used as a food topper only even though it says it's a complete and balanced meal.

My pup is obsessed
My dog is obsessed with these protein bowls. This is her least favorite of the flavors we have tried, but she'd still give it 5/5 stars. She starts drooling as soon as I open the package. The ingredients are high quality, and you can see the whole foods in the packet. It smells a tiny bit fishy, but it's not too overpowering. They can get expensive if you have a big dog, so I don't use these for meals, more for frozen snacks or meal toppers. It is preserved in a kind of icky gloop to maintain freshness. I find it a bit gross lol, but my pup absolutely does not mind.

HIGH QUALITY SLOW COOKED MEALS FOR DOGS A Great WAY TO ADD Nutrition & Variety to Your Dog's Diet!!
These new protein bowl formulas from Wellness are particularly impressive, especially in the context of what is going on in the pet food industry overall! For months I have been aware of all the subscription dog food companies advertising formulations that are "superior" to traditional dog food - fresher, more nutritious, etc - but I am always loathe to subscribe to anything and those formulas seem rather pricy for what they are offering. Enter Wellness Protein Bowls! This formula offers all the bespoke dog food formulations of these subscription models backed with the high ingredients, standards and quality that Wellness has been offering for decades! These cleverly designed meals are not as wet and sloppy as some dog food because they are concentrated with ingredients - meat, vegetables, and grains! This formula has salmon, whitefish and rice and my dogs really love it! I don't usually give them fish and they seem to love it - and the cats are really into it too!! I adore that these pouches are so easily resealable so you can make this last for a few meals - either as an addition to kibble or all on its own. So far my dogs love these (I got several flavors - and both dogs seem to have their favorites overall these are a hit!) and now come running when they hear me shaking the pouches in the morning. These are definitely worth getting and trying out on your dogs - particularly if you are looking for higher quality options to add to your dog's diet. Awesome product!!
