    Love the smell!

I used the myo inositol in this brand and decided to get these because they are a good brand. When I opened it the smell is so good yum. I am already drinking the spearmint tea and will be taking these one time a day to help with my high testosterone. I am already seeing improvement with just drinking the tea! So I know these will help me even more.

Great Spearmint Capsules, Really love the smell when you first open these.

Really like these capsules, I have been using them for the last week but can't really see any results except now my burps taste like Spearmint, which is great. These pills are easy to swallow and really taste great when using them. As you can see from the pictures the pills are a normal size and they are basically just ground up spearmint leaves. I like the benefits that extended use are supposed to offer. So hopefully everything works out in the end. But I would recommend these to a friend to use and if you are just looking to add a little something to your diet.

    Minty Freshness

This is my first time using a spearmint supplement, but I like the potential digestive health benefits. These capsules came in a well-sealed bottle and have an expiration date of 07/24. Upon opening the bottle, I got a refreshing whiff of spearmint. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and give off a nice spearmint flavor. As with any supplement, only time will tell if this delivers when it comes to digestive benefits, but I'm impressed with the dose and freshness of this product.
