FAQs
What is a whoopee cushion used for?
A whoopee cushion is a classic novelty prank toy used to play harmless practical jokes on friends and family. When someone unknowingly sits on it, the air escapes rapidly, producing a loud sound that mimics flatulence.
How does a self-inflating whoopee cushion work?
Unlike traditional versions that require manual blowing, a self-inflating model contains an internal foam core. This foam automatically expands and draws air back into the cushion as soon as weight is lifted off it, preparing it for the next prank instantly.
How do you use a fart cushion effectively?
To get the best result, place the flat cushion onto a chair seat and camouflage it slightly with a thin blanket, cushion cover, or piece of clothing. Ensure the air release valve is pointing outward so the air can escape freely when sat upon.
