FAQs
Is it good to cover your bird's cage at night?
Yes, covering your bird's cage at night is highly beneficial as it provides a sense of security, blocks out disruptive artificial light, and helps establish a regular 10 to 12-hour sleep cycle. It also protects your pet from cold drafts and reduces nighttime anxiety.
What are the benefits of using a bird cage cover?
A dedicated bird cage cover creates a dark, distraction-free environment that helps birds sleep better and reduces stress-induced behaviors like feather plucking or early morning screaming. Additionally, it helps retain warmth and protects against sudden drafts in air-conditioned or chilly rooms.
How do I keep my bird cage warm at night?
Using a windproof, high-density fabric cover like the Wzttdm cage shield helps trap residual heat and blocks cold air currents. For optimal warmth, ensure the cage is placed away from direct air conditioning vents or open windows during the night.
