Product details

The Yonex Synthetic Leather Excel Pro Replacement Grip is engineered for tennis and badminton players who demand absolute control and a firm feel during intense court sessions. This premium replacement grip wrap directly replaces your racquet's existing base grip, providing a direct connection to the handle for enhanced feedback on every strike.

Crafted from high-grade polyurethane synthetic leather, this grip features a specialized dimpled texture that actively channels sweat away, preventing slippage and securing your hold. Measuring 1.6 millimeters in thickness, 25 millimeters in width, and 1200 millimeters in length, it offers a plush yet solid cushion that dampens harsh vibrations without compromising racquet feedback.

Whether you are wielding a VCORE or EZONE racquet, this extra-firm black grip guarantees a seamless, tight fit that accommodates standard and extended handles alike. Elevate your court performance with an authentic USA-imported accessory designed to withstand aggressive play.

  1. Remove the old worn replacement grip entirely from the racquet handle.
  2. Clean any remaining adhesive residue.
  3. Start wrapping the new Excel Pro grip from the bottom of the handle butt cap, keeping a tight tension.
  4. Overlap each turn slightly by using the assist lines.
  5. Cut any excess grip tape at an angle at the top, and secure tightly with the provided finishing tape.

My Racquet Is As Good As New

This grip was exactly what I expected -- seemingly identical to the original grip that came with my racquet. Everything regarding this transaction went smoothly: ordering, delivery, and exchanging the original grip for the replacement.

FAQs

How thick is the Yonex synthetic leather Excel Pro replacement grip?

The Yonex Synthetic Leather Excel Pro replacement grip has a thickness of 1.6 millimeters. This specific thickness provides a firm and highly connected feel with your racquet while offering essential vibration dampening.

Is a replacement grip better than an overgrip?
