    Makeup/sponge small foundation

    I've been looking forward to trying this makeup, wondering if it was only a social media fad. I'm pleasantly surprised with how much I like it for my mature skin, considering all the videos are of young women applications. If you are put off by some of the videos looking artificial, I can set your mind at ease that, when applied using a splash of water on the included sponge, a modest application looks very... "natural" (which is the shade I chose for my fair/medium skin).I like the design of the compact, as it moderates the amount of product going onto the sponge applicator using small holes. The size of the sponge is such that it fits easily around my eye allowing me to use as a concealer without getting it onto my eyelid.This product will be staying home (rather than used for travel) because the sponge applicator needs to be wetted and then dried.

    Great for older combo skin

    I am very pleased! I use this all of the time and randomly Dropy sends a totally different product than what I order and who has time to drive to return it? But this time it's the right color, a great product for older skin that doesn't exacerbate wrinkles and never causes a breakout if you're lucky to still get those in your 50's like me. It is lightweight so you have to let it dry to build coverage for darker age spots, otherwise a heavier product will show wrinkles you didn't see before applying any makeup, but it does cover the old acne scars and red splotches instantly. I do have to dab the eye corners with a small brush or finger because the sponge won't fit there. It covers all of my uneven skin tone and truly makes me look younger, most people are surprised to hear I'm over 50 and this stuff has been my secret for 7-8yrs. It's a game changer for me

    Too light

    I like how this feels on my skin, it feels so soft! I think I need a darker color, it's very light. I don't know how many layers I should need to cover discolorations or acne spots, but one coat didn't do it.I tried it out first to make sure I didn't get an adverse reaction, I didn't.I continued to use it since my make up matches my skin tone to see if I could get it to cover a few spots without it looking cakey. Also to see how well it worked with my Concealer and Foundation. It worked better than I thought it would, I like it! I do not recommend using it alone and expecting flawless skin, maybe its possible in a darker color but it works well along with tinted moisturizer or foundation. The feel of it really is my favorite part!
