Description
The Zero9 Holsters Model 5026 Portable Radio Case delivers heavy-duty protection and reliable security for your critical communication equipment. Engineered specifically for public safety professionals and tactical operators, this premium radio holster is molded to perfectly fit the Motorola APX NEXT radio system.
Constructed from high-grade, United States manufactured Kydex, this hard-shell case maintains its shape under extreme stress, outperforming traditional leather or fabric bikini-style holders that stretch, warp, or collect fluids over time. The non-swiveling tactical design keeps your communication device locked firmly in position on your gear layout, while a removable internal shelf ensures compatibility with both standard and extended battery configurations.
Designed for seamless, mission-ready operation, the tactical holster provides completely unobstructed access to the side push-to-talk button, emergency buttons, front display screen, and side accessory mic ports so you can connect critical peripherals without removing the radio from its secure housing.
How to use
- Determine your radio battery size; leave the internal shelf inside the holster for standard batteries or remove it for extended battery profiles.
- Slide your Motorola APX NEXT radio firmly into the Kydex case until it seats completely.
- Secure the bungee style shock cord lanyard over the top antenna or control knobs to lock the radio in place.
- Thread the attached Molle Lok bars through your tactical vest webbing and snap the locking mechanism closed.
