How to use
- To replace the flint, unscrew the flint spring from the bottom of the lighter insert, remove the remaining old flint piece, drop the new genuine flint into the tube, and re-tighten the spring.
- To replace the wick, use pliers to pull the old wick up through the chimney until clean material appears, then trim it even with the top of the chimney using scissors.
- For a full replacement, remove all packing material from the insert, thread the new wick down through the chimney, and weave it back and forth between the felt packing pads before closing.
