The Zoerax Cat6 RJ45 Pass Through Connector Modular Plugs offer a seamless and efficient solution for custom network cable termination. Designed specifically for unshielded twisted pair cables, these premium modular plugs allow all eight internal wires to pass completely through the front end of the connector. This pass-through functionality enables installers, IT professionals, and DIY network enthusiasts to easily verify the correct wiring sequence according to T568A or T568B standards before crimping, significantly reducing errors, cable waste, and installation time.
Engineered for exceptional durability and maximum performance, these connectors fully support Gigabit Ethernet high-speed networks. They are compatible with twenty-four to twenty-six AWG round or flat stranded wires, as well as twenty-three AWG solid cables up to an outer diameter of six point one millimeters. The interior construction features heavy-duty pure copper pins with a specialized three-point staggered design that ensures a strong, gas-tight termination. These copper pins are coated with protective nickel and finished with high-quality gold plating at the exact contact interfaces to deliver excellent signal integrity, reduce cross-talk, and resist long-term corrosion. How to use
- Strip the outer cable jacket of your unshielded twisted pair cable to expose the internal wires.
- Untwist and straighten the eight individual color-coded conductors.
- Arrange the wires according to the preferred T568A or T568B sequence standard.
- Insert the aligned wires firmly through the back of the pass-through connector until they extend out the front edge.
- Verify the pinout sequence is fully correct.
- Insert the modular plug into a compatible pass-through crimping tool and squeeze firmly to crimp the connections and neatly trim off the excess extended wires simultaneously.
