    I'm not real sure this is as it turns out making a difference in the way of tanning or actually change my skin tone via sun exposure. But I will say it is a good supplement for overall skin health. Your skin is the first defense from the outaide world of foreign micro invaders, so it makes sense to care for it properly and supplement it's needs and wants to be glowing and healthy. If you want to have darker tan skin I propose indeed tanning lotion or oil and sitting in the sun or tanning bed. Grwat list of ingredients that the skin needs for elasticity and glow. But if you want a supplement directed toward overall skin health and glow, then this supplement would be a nice option. Nothing wrong with making sure the largest organ of your body is effectively in wonderful condition. Also drops taste fine and haven't caused any issues with mixing in with all my other supplements daily.
