Superb article
Magnificent product. Works wonderful as part of a triple-therapy protocol for post-viral syndromes: Thymoquinone 15 mg TID, Sulforaphane 50 mg QAM, and Quercetin 500 mg QHS x6 weeks.

Noticed imrprovements.
These work so adequately. Once I started taking these every day, I never got them again. If I'm being entirely honest, I have a bit of a sugar addiction which is probably the source of the yeast overgrowth in my microbiome. Some weeks I eat superior than others but the probiotics keep things balanced so that I'm not punished every time I have a treat. When I ran out and forgot to order more my body started reverting back, so I definitely know these are what's making the difference. I tend to get yeast infections and UTI's incredibly easily even with great hygiene habits.
