    Unexpected results

    You do have to spend a a handful of minutes rubbing it into get it fully absorbed but it does work well and has minimized hot flashes to warm flashes and I have way less of them now.

    So far so decent

    I enjoy there is no smell I can detect. Going more frugal on my second bottle as this could get expensive.Looking in the mirror at my thighs and lower isn't quite as horrifying after just 2 weeks; I do see a slight reduction in my cellulite. I ran out in 12 days but I think I was using way too much. Also adding in lunges and squats should help.

    Belly shrinking

    I'm 44 and have consistently had fairly reasonable skin most of my life. I would wake up with more and more acne daily! That don't work lol! It performed for me and maybe it will work for you! My doctor said it was my hormones and I was going though "the change" and to just make sure to wash my face twice a day. One day I saw a tik tok about women my age taking certain vitamins to help with acne. My face was so red and inflamed. I was at my wit ends! If this review sounds like something you are experiencing I hope you will try this. I fell into a depression and noticed I started avoiding my friends because my face came across as so inferior. About 6 months ago I started developing horrible acne all over my face that wouldn't go away no matter what I attempted. I tried everything! The first scarce weeks I didn't notice any changes and figured it was a scam. At week 3 the acne started to go away. I take one pill every morning. By week four it's almost entirely gone! I came across this piece and hoped for the best.

    Great piece

    This article is really good. It helps with hot flashes due to menopause. I would tremendously propose this article for any women going through menopause. Along with digestion. No side effects.
