Seems to be a good product

This is a bottle of 200 soft gels of black currant oil. The gel caps are fairly small and easy to swallow. Recommended dose is 3 gel caps per day. That makes 66 servings as the bottle states. There are no off odors or tastes. I like that it is just the soft gel and the black currant oil with no fillers. I like that they are made in the USA. I would possibly get these again as the price is pretty good.

Better than fish oil. Great for reducing dryness in your skin and eyes.

I have not finished my first bottle of this supplement yet. After taking one of these twice a day for about two weeks, there is improvement in dry itchy irritated skin on my back, shoulders and upper arms. Also this is helping reduce / relieve dry eye symptoms (along with eye drops). The skin on my face seems somewhat improved. There was mild acne on my cheeks the first week of use, but that has cleared up. If you are a lady in your 40's you may experience sudden changes of dry irritated skin in different places of your body. This supplement really helps with that kind of dryness. I read an article online that suggested black currant oil for treatment. I have been supplementing with wild Alaskan fish oil for years, for dry eyes but since I reached mid 40's , the fish oil has not been as effective.

Subtle improvement to hair and skin for me

Amazing Formulas is a brand I trust in genealogy when it comes to quality ingredients and third party testing. These black currant soft gels are yet another effective product they offer. These are easy to swallow and made in the USA.Mileage may vary, as with all supplements, but anecdotally, my hair and skin have had some subtle improvements. Seems to be a good source for Omega 6 supplementation and a good value.Review is for: Amazing Formulas Black Currant Oil 1500 Mg Per Serving | Softgels | with GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid) | Non-GMO | Gluten Free (1 Pack, 200 Count)Statement/ Disclaimer: I chose this item through Dropy's Vine Program. I give my genuine opinion-good or bad-because I value honest reviews.
