    Excellent supplement

    I have heard about these for several years now and finally decided to give them a try to try and start making improvements in my diet. The ingredients are great, a clean healthy supplement that I know I can trust. So far they have caused no stomach upset, but I do recommend eating something before or just after you take them to help avoid that possible issue if you have a sensitive stomach.
