    So far so good!

    I was a little worried about the comments regarding constipation, but that has not been the case for me. If anything I feel that I have become more regular. I have also taken these with little food in my system and I did not have any issues with feeling nauseous. I ordered some for my husband (for men) and we will see how he does after a month of use.

    Outstanding, my favorite multivitamin.

    After trying many different brands, I decided this one is the best multivitamin. No stomach issues with this, and no aftertaste. Also, it doesn't have an excess of anything in it ( like some multis do), and it has basically everything I need. And, this brand always seems to be very fresh.I do not have any upset GI issues with this at all. It is very easy to digest, but I do always take it with food.It does contain some iron, but I believe they have an iron free version as well.I have more energy, and more hair and nail growth when I take these vitamins. I don't take anything every day, though, I believe in being cautious with everything. I take one capsule about three times a week.I highly recommend this brand, and this multivitamin.
