    Bluebonnet's the absolute premier there is!!!

    In my opinion Bluebonnet vitamins & minerals are the absolute best. I also feel the liquid form is the best because of its absorb ability and is easily swallowed. Bluebonnet's quality is unmatched. I highly recommend this and all their products!!!

    Protect your bones and body

    Great it covers calcium, magnesium, and your vitamin three offer for bone health. I chill in my fridge and have a couple of tablespoons every morning delicious.

    I did some experimenting…

    I don't like writing reviews until I have tried something awhile, and I am glad that is the case here. I might have said yuck, don't use this, but I tried several things to find one that works. I can't swallow big pills, and WHY it seems calcium pills are the biggest and most rock hard pills on the market I don't know, but my daughter suggested I take liquid calcium. I didn't even know there was such a thing! So I researched and found this, and went with orange which is my favorite fruit flavor. Ok…..at first I just took a couple of spoons of it right out of the bottle. Don't do that. 😖. (It does look kind of like milk.) Then I realized cold is better, and it needs refrigerated after opening anyways but do yourself a favor and just put it right in your refrigerator. I tried it with milk, orange juice, and water. To my surprise, the water was my favorite. Then one morning I was thinking, if it just had a little sweeter taste it would taste better…..so I added a little Stevia to it, and HEY we are on to something here. That made a world of difference! I finished off the orange bottle and ordered a raspberry, and to be honest I like that one even better. So, my overall opinion is a small juice glass with ice and about half filled with water, add some Stevia, add your calcium supplement, stir well and it is not bad. However, another warning I have not seen others mention……but let just say you shouldn't have constipation problems taking this. 😂. It seems to - well, help things along very well. 😂🤣. I am happy with the raspberry flavor but I may try another just for some variety.
