    My preferred buffered C ever

    I'm fussy about my buffered C, and this is the one that has always agreed with me best, and which I've always felt did me the most good. I used to have a cat who liked it as well, and who wanted to lick it out of my hand. It doesn't have any flavors or anything--I guess, like me, she could tell what was good for her.

    Only Vitamin C I Can Tolerate And It Is Awsome

    I have many sensitivities to inactive ingredients in supplements. That is why I use the powdered vitamin c. This Bluebonnet Buffered C Crystals is the only one I have ever completely tolerated with no problem. I have even tried other's buffered vitamin c and had problems but not with Bluebonnet.

    Happy to find this!

    I've taken this regularly for a few years since a knowledgeable friend told me the crystalline form is the best absorbed by the body.
