    Very good quality calcium doesn't make me feel sick but also I don't feel any different than I did before or maybe I just don't notice the difference but overall very good vitamin if your daily multivitamin doesn't have enough calcium then I suggest supplementing with something like this.

    Helps prevent laxative effect with magnesium supplementation

    I take this with Bluebonnet 500 mg Magnesium Citrate. Taking both together helps reduce the laxative effect magnesium can have. You also should consume a healthy ratio of calcium and magnesium daily, whether in food form or also with supplementation. This supplement helps me do that. I like that they add in D3 too, because that vitamin is good for mood and depression, especially if you are deficient.
