    I have a hitial hernia which allows me to have acid reflux. I had a customer tell me about this product. I ordered it. It took about two weeks to really start working good. It has helped my reflux tremendously. I have had to sleep propped up for months. I am now almost able to sleep lying flat. I still have to keep my diet in check. I have been able to stop taking my prescription medicine. Also, I recommended it to my mom who has irritable bowel syndrome. She had been hurting for four months. She started trying this. It took about three weeks and has got her stomach back in order with no more pain. Great product but keep in mind, it takes time for it to get in your system and heal the damage we do to our stomachs with all the foods we eat. Highly recommend.
