    K2 The Unknown Vitamin

    Together with Vitamins C and D, it will prevent osteoporosis and hardening of the arteries. but you can eat spinach, kale and other dark green foods for K1. It is very beneficial and the only product I found that's kosher. The others say "Solgar's is certified kosher by KOF-K", but not Solgars K2. Not all Solgars products are kosher, however, there are sellers who use the text "Solgars is certified by the KOF-K". If kashrus means anything to you, buy this produc, they thanked me,
