    Good piece!!

    So far, so good!!! I take this in the morning with a healthy fat like butter or avocado to help absorption, and it has curbed my appetite, especially for sweets and other carbs. Seems to be leveling out my moods - I've had a lot of anxiety since the death of a spouse about 9 years ago. This, in addition to working out daily with weights and eating pretty clean, definitely seems to help. Good price, too. Will buy this again!

    Bronson supplements have saved my hair from falling out

    I've been taking these with magnesium and calcium for about 2 weeks and only great things have happened. I'm a MAT patient from r 3 yrs and it causes vitamin deficiencies that were never told to me. When I started treatment my bones started hurting,but I thought it was me just feeling things I hadn't felt from being under the influence. Then for the past 8 months my hair started thinning and the shedding was getting bad. Come to find out it's the methadone! Not only can it make it hair follicles go dormant,it also stops u from absorbing vitamins and minerals. So I ordered these along with vitb complex with vitamin C and magnesium from Bronson! Within 2 weeks my shedding has dramatically decreased! I feel better at all around. My bones have stopped aching and my carpal tunnel has subsided. These are great quality and do not make me nauseous. I take the Vitamin B complex on an empty stomach and the rest together at night. Now I did get a separate calcium supplement from another company. Only because they didn't have any without other vitamins included. Thanks for reading this if u made it through. I just had to share my experience

    Effective, uncomplicated to swallow D3 plus K2
