    Good formula for winter

    i always get extremely sluggish in winter due to lack of sunlight, so decided to try this 5000 IU vitamin d3 and k2 combo. bottle came nicely sealed and tablets are surprisingly easy to swallow, not too big at all. only giving 4 stars because the delivery was delayed by two days, but the supplement quality itself seems genuine.

    shuru me lene me skeptical tha because dose kaafi high lag raha tha 5000iu. tablet small hair n easy to take but honestly blood test karwaya to result normal hi aaya, koi magical change feel nahi hua energy levels me. fine supplement but average experience overall.
