    my teenager daughter wanted vitamin d supplements so doctor suggested 5000 iu with k2. tablet size is easy to swallow so no issue there but tablet daily yaad se dena padta h and she complains it feels like taking medicine everyday. daily dose ke hisab se okay ok product hi hai, high dose h toh bina blood test nahi dena chahiye.
