It can even double as an anti-aging cleanser for oily skin types.     My favorite acne face wash I've ever used!

    I've been dealing with occasional break outs for years, but also have very sensitive skin. All salicylic acid face washes I've tried in the past left my face dry, red, and inflamed after. They are typically full of strong artificial fragrances, colorings, and often "microbeads" which always irritate me. Because of this, I've been using plain gentle Cetaphil for years now in order to wash my face without irritation - and that was nice, but it wasn't fighting the break outs at all. Then I tried this on a whim. And I really can't put into words how thrilled I am to have finally found a product that actually fights break outs without wrecking my skin.It's quite effective at managing breakouts. After just over a week of using it daily, I noticed fewer new pimples and my existing ones calmed down faster. All while being surprisingly gentle. My skin never feels tight, dry, or irritated afterward. No redness or flaking like I've gotten from everything else. No artificial fragrances or coloring. No texture or grit. Just a straightforward, clean formula, that feels and smells just like a bare bones cleanser like Cetaphil, yet actually has salicylic acid in it and actively fights acne.Effective, gentle, and affordable. What more could you ask for? 10/10.

    Really cleans our your pores

    I ordered this specifically for hormonal breakouts. You know for during that time of the month. The instructions say to wet your face and massage gently for 30 seconds. When used this way, I's more of an emulsification situation, almost milky. If you really work it in with water it will foam up though. This thing genuinely clears your pores. I could actually see sebaceous filaments (those little white strands of sebum and buildup) being drawn out, especially on my nose. My pores look noticeably better after using it. It rinsed off easily, left zero residue, and didn't strip my skin at all. My face still felt hydrated afterward. No fragrance either. This was gentle and did not irritate my skin. At around fifteen dollars (about $3.56/fl oz), it's genuinely good value for a salicylic acid cleanser that actually does what it says without wrecking your moisture barrier.
