  Performs excellent as a light moisturizer, hold the bottle up when you close it!

  I have a 12 yr old daughter who absolutely loves this line. I bought her so much bubble skin care for Christmas and her birthday that she is set for a while! She did a spa day for me where she completely did her skin care routine on my face and I was pretty impressed. There is no way at this age. I knew anything about skin care.I had never used a milky toner before, I've used plenty of the watery toners but none that was like this. It's kind of like a very light silky lotion. It doesn't have any fragrance to it and it does leave your skin shiny or I guess what my daughter calls dewey. Maybe because I have never used a milky toner before and it's not what I was expecting. I almost feel like this is just a very light moisturizer.It's definitely not sticky like I thought it was going to be and it does take a few minutes for my skin to drink it in but it does get absorbed. It doesn't stay wet. I have super sensitive skin in. This did not adversely affect me in any way. It's kind of refreshing. I am going to say, the top was something to get used to! It took a minute but my daughter gave me the heads up on how to use it and it worked much better. The first time I used it I twisted the top and shook a few drops out on my hand and then went to twist it back. It shot across my bathroom countertop! I did this a few more times until she came in and rolled her eyes. I was holding the bottle downward because I didn't want it to squirt out at my face but that's not how gravity works. When you hold it up it doesn't have any pressure on the bottom so it doesn't squirt out of the top. Who knew? That's one of those. I feel kind of dumb after I figured it out things. I really do actually like the Bubble skincare line and I'm a grown woman. The serum is great and again, the moisturizer is fantastic and such a good value. Definitely affordable for just about anybody.

  Surprisingly Fine Milky Toner That Gives That "Glazed Skin" Look

  This was actually my first time trying anything from Bubble Skincare. I'm pretty picky about toners, especially milky ones, because once you've tried some really good K-beauty formulas it's hard to find others that feel the same. Most Western versions end up feeling watered down or just… underwhelming.So I went into this curious but a little skeptical.The first thing I noticed when I poured a few drops out was the texture. It's properly milky and silky, not thin and watery. It spreads easily across the skin and absorbs nicely without leaving any sticky film behind. I've been using it for about two weeks now, pressing it into my skin right after cleansing.What I like most is how hydrated and smooth my skin looks afterward. It gives that soft, slightly dewy "glazed" look without feeling heavy or greasy. My skin just looks healthier overall, like it actually got a drink of water instead of a polite splash.It also layers really well with the rest of my routine. Some hydrating toners can pill when you start adding serums and moisturizers on top, but this one plays nicely with everything I've tried so far.Another small thing I appreciate is the packaging.   Instant hydration for my dry skin

  The Bubble Cosmic Silk Hydrating Milky Toner feels really nice on my skin especially since we have a dry spring, high winds, and excessive heat, my skin has been wrecked and feeling dry, irritated, and dull. The toner gives me that dewy, glowing look right after applying, and the texture is lightweight and soothing. It's not sticky to the touch. The ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and maple sap water make it feel hydrating without being heavy. A great step for dry or dehydrated skin when I want that fresh, glowing finish. For under $15, this is really a great bargain for the bottle size, quality and effectiveness.
