    This is the second time that I have bought this liner! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the way that it goes on so smoothly!! It doesn't bleed and when I use the end with the brush, I blend it to look like a lipstick.. it's smooth but isn't shiny, which I love. I am ALWAYS getting cimoli
