Replacement Lamp
Literally a 5 minute job to save a TV from the landfill. Remarkably delighted so far. The original bulb was 7 years worn (far far past the life expectancy).Powered down the TV, pulled the plug, popped the side doors off, pulled out the old bulb, popped in the new, reinstalled the doors, plugged the TV back in and powered up to see the screen was bright and vibrant again. You won't believe the difference it makes having a brand-new bulb. From opening package to powering the TV reverse up was under 5 minutes. I doubt it will last 1/2 as long as the original but if it lasts just 1 year I feel I got my money's worth.The price was more than reasonable and arrival was quick. Dusting took longer than the install.Visit youtube to get directions on installation if you need to.TV is back to a picture like it was brand new.
