  1. Shake well before each use.
  2. Hold the spray container 4 to 6 inches away from the body and spray liberally, rubbing evenly into the skin 15 minutes before sun exposure.
  3. Do not spray directly onto the face; spray into hands first and then apply to face.
  4. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
