  1. Shake well before each use.
  2. Hold container 4 to 6 inches away from the skin to apply.
  3. Spray liberally and spread evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure.
  4. Do not spray directly onto the face; spray onto hands first and then apply to the face.
  5. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours.
