    Decent deal

    These are easy to swallow. The size it not bad at all. They have no taste, if taken as directed. The quality seems OK for me and I had no strange side-effects. If one is looking for an increase in energy level, I cannot verify that. It does not upset my stomach. My sleep quality has not changed but I think that has to do with my career choice. Considering the price for the ingredients, it is actually a decent value. I would not mind a little lower, however, as it is not part of a multi so this is an addon supplement.
