  30 to 60 day good supplement

  First of all, I really appreciate that the manufacturer showed photos of all the labels on this supplement bottle. That allows you to see all the certifications, symbols, manufacturing information, and anything else that may be important to you before purchasing. I also liked that the bottle and screw-on cap were shrink-wrapped for added security. In addition, there was a safety seal attached to the top of the bottle under the cap, and a desiccant packet inside to help protect the supplements.The expiration date on the bottom of the bottle is 04/2028, and I received it in 06/2026, so there is almost two years to consume the recommended 30-60 servings. The 60 softgels in the bottle were not stuck together when I received them. They are easy to swallow and have a fairly firm outer shell, so they are nothing like gummies and are intended to be swallowed rather than chewed.In doing some research, I discovered that, according to the label, the astaxanthin is derived from Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae, which is the natural form of astaxanthin and is considered a particularly potent fat-soluble antioxidant. It is purported to provide cellular and systemic antioxidant protection, as well as support for skin health, eye health, joint health, immune function, metabolic health, and physical performance. As someone in my 60s, I try to incorporate supplements that may support healthy aging rather than waiting until problems develop.I also found that a daily dose between 4 mg and 12 mg is commonly used for general maintenance. These softgels contain 12 mg each, and the manufacturer recommends 24 mg per day. However, I've been taking just one softgel daily to see how it works for me. As an added bonus, that makes this bottle a 60-day supply instead of a 30-day supply. I haven't been taking them long enough to determine whether they're providing any noticeable benefits, but I also haven't experienced any side effects, which is always a positive.Overall, I've added these supplements to my daily routine, along with several others, in an effort to support healthy aging.
