  I have been consistently impressed with this brand of supplements and decided to try their berberine . I take quite a few supplements and I'm very careful about my intake of berberine because too much can be detrimental to your health. I believe the ingredients that deal uses seem to be of high quality even though it is not always possible to tell exactly the benefits of a particular supplement.I have not noticed any out of the ordinary taste with these supplements and since I only take one a day very easy to use it.
