  Helpful and giving some hope!

  I've been using these for around 3 weeks now and first thing I noticed, maybe I'm naive, is that I'm losing a little belly fat. The taste, which is almost nothing, has a slight cinnamon taste from the bottle. The ingredients look very clean which is a huge plus for me. It's super easy to use, I just take 3 capsules after my only meal of the day. I can't say how effective they are but I can say that it seems like they're helping.

  Solid berberine blend with cinnamon; capsules are still the easiest format for me

  I've been taking this brand's plain berberine capsules for a while and they've worked fine for me, so this version with added Ceylon cinnamon felt familiar. The serving size is three capsules, which gives you about 100 mg more berberine than their regular formula. Normally I'd be annoyed at a larger capsule count, but in this case it's actually an improvement for me - I was already taking cinnamon separately as three softgels, so this blend replaces that whole setup with just three capsules. Capsules are still the easiest format for me to swallow.The texture is the same as their other capsules: smooth, standard size, and easy to take with water. I didn't notice any side effects while using this blend. In terms of effectiveness, it felt the same as their plain berberine, just with the cinnamon included.   Two for one insulin resistance fighting power

  I've been a customer of this brand for years in supplement space. I was pleasantly surprised to see one of my favorite supplements (berberine) combined with the highest grade cinnamon. I've been taking berberine as an alternative to metformin for some time and I am happily switching over to this formulation so I can get the extra benefits of taking cinnamon. In the past I have tried putting cinnamon in coffee and never truly enjoyed the flavor. This gets me the cinnamon I should be taking, without the powdery chalky mouth taste.
