    Quality Dim Supplement

    Excellent Dim Supplement. Take with foot especially fat to help dissolve capsules. There's a slight odor but nothing bad of horrific. There is no bad taste once they're in your mouth which I do appreciate I would recommend if you're new to taking the supplement to start taking one out of time for a week then up it to two so your body does adjust. Because taking two can cause gas pains if you're not used to taking a dim supplement and nobody wants unwanted gas. I think the value for the money is great considering you get a 4-month supply if you take two capsules as suggested every single day. It helps regulate your unwanted phytoestrogens that you do not need. My nurse practitioner recommended these so I thought I would give them a go and I'm glad I did and I'm glad that they have a 4-month supply which saves me a lot of money.

    Acne free

    All but cleared up hormonal acne. This DIM is totally worth it. The size of the capsule is slightly smaller than average so they are easy to swallow. If you struggle with acne these will clear it up especially jawline acne.
