Make sure you know your ingredients

This electrolyte powder has an excellent, well-balanced Pineapple Coconut flavor with just the right amount of sweetness for a sugar-free mix. It dissolves incredibly well with minimal shaking, leaving almost no gritty residue at the bottom of your bottle. The hydration and electrolyte profile is high-quality and well-balanced, but you need to check the ingredients before buying: it contains Beta-Alanine. If you aren't used to pre-workouts, this ingredient causes a distinct, harmless skin-tingling sensation that can be a very weird experience if you aren't expecting it. Overall, it is an outstanding, clean-mixing choice if you already know you enjoy or don't mind that performance-driven tingle, but you may want to look elsewhere if you just want a standard daily hydration mix. Decent value for the price.

  pineapple electrolyte powder

I am happy this is sugar free, that can be somewhat difficult to find sometimes. The jar is really quite large, and has a lot of servings in it. I thought the flavor was pretty good but could have stronger pineapple flavor in my opinion. It was a little sour for me. Not so bad I couldn't drink it though! Just that I like the watermelon flavor from this brand better. It mixed well in the recommended amount of water, and mixed easier and faster if you use a little more than recommended (although the trade-off is weaker flavor). The electrolyte amounts are a good balance and have seemed to help me recover quickly after spending a long time outside (sweating and losing electrolyes) on a very hot day. I am mostly judging that by the fact that my muscles were not cramping, which happens to me far too easily in that scenario. So I was quite happy with this outcome.

Really good taste, but not super keen about the extra additives. Still a solid choice.

I've tried quite a few electrolyte powders over the last couple of years, and this one has been a pleasant surprise. The Pineapple Coconut flavor is one of the better tropical flavors I've had. The pineapple is definitely the main flavor, while the coconut is there in the background without tasting fake or overly sweet. It's refreshing and easy to drink, especially after a workout or when it's been really hot outside. It mixes well with a shaker bottle. I noticed a tiny bit of powder settles if it sits for a while, but a quick shake takes care of it. I also like that it's sugar-free without having an overpowering artificial aftertaste. One thing I really appreciate is the convenience. Instead of keeping a bunch of bottled sports drinks around, I can just scoop some into my water bottle whenever I need it. The large container should last a long time, and it's easy to adjust the amount depending on how much water I'm using. I've even started keeping a small container of it in my gym bag so I can mix it on the go.Overall, it's a good-tasting, convenient hydration mix that has earned a spot in my workout routine. I'd definitely keep using it. I do prefer a more "clean" electrolyte mix that doesn't have as much additives and just base electrolytes like sodium and potassium. This one has a few added things, but they seem to be fairly beneficial for recovery and hydration, but make it a bit more difficult to watch exactly what you are drinking. For the extra additives it could be a plus for some, for me I knocked off a star for a less clean formula.

Another Solid Deal Supplement Pick, Great Flavor, but That Scoop Handle...

This ended up being another win from Deal Supplement for me. The pineapple‑coconut flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, and the solubility is excellent - it dissolves quickly in cold water without clumping or leaving grit at the bottom. I also mix it with other flavored supplement packets like pink lemonade or raspberry, and it blends cleanly with those too.The value is decent: 50 servings for about $25, which isn't the cheapest electrolyte option out there, but still reasonable for a sugar‑free mix with a broader ingredient profile. The two‑pack is definitely the better buy, giving you 90 servings for around $30, and that feels much more in line with what I'd expect for a daily hydration powder. My strangest complaint is the scoop. The handle is way too long, and I have to bend it to close the container. When I reopen it, I have to be careful so it doesn't spring out and fling powder everywhere. It's not a deal‑breaker, but it's an odd design choice that makes the container more awkward than it needs to be.Effectiveness-wise, this has been helpful during the hotter stretches of summer. Between yard work and my son's long airsoft days, we've had plenty of opportunities to test hydration products, and this one does a good job of helping you bounce back when you've pushed a little too far in the heat. No side effects, no stomach upset, and no artificial aftertaste.Overall, it's a reliable electrolyte mix with great solubility, good flavor, and a sensible ingredient profile. The scoop handle could use a rethink, but the powder itself is solid and fits well into a hot‑weather hydration routine.
