  Been taking this before bed for weeks - sleep quality genuinely improved

  Started taking glycine before bed after reading about its sleep benefits and this Deal Supplement powder has been great. The unflavored formula is a huge plus - just dissolves clean in water with barely any taste so it's easy to take every night without dreading it. The powder dissolves fully with no clumps or residue which matters when you're mixing it into a small glass. 3g per serving is the standard research-backed dose so they got that right. Noticed I'm falling asleep a bit faster and waking up feeling more rested after a couple weeks of consistent use. Hard to say if it's entirely the glycine but I've kept everything else the same so something is working. 500g for $20 is genuinely excellent value, that's over 160 servings which lasts forever. The resealable bag keeps it fresh and the packaging is clean and simple. Non-GMO and lab tested which matters to me when buying supplements. Really happy with this one and already on my second bag.

I decided to give it a try after reading about its potential benefits for deeper, more restful sleep.The taste is barely there, unnoticeable if any when mixed into water or a drink. No bad aftertaste either, which I appreciate since I've had supplements that linger unpleasantly. Using it is simple. The powder dissolves easily in water with a quick stir or shake. No clumping, no grit, no need for a blender.As for effectiveness, I do feel like my sleep has been more solid since starting it. I fall asleep reasonably fast and wake up feeling decent. That said, I've also been exercising more recently, so it's hard to separate what's the glycine and what's the workouts. I'll need more time to really judge if it's making a true difference on its own.The value is hard to beat. Five hundred grams total, and I only need about three grams per serving-sometimes less. Inside is a very finely ground, very uniform, and generally clump-free white powder with a slightly sweet smell and taste as is common for glycine.
