    Easy to swallow, tiny Gel caps.

    I will start by saying that I believe in this product. I've had issues with B Vitamins in my life, and I am frustrated that most supplements are probably not broken down well by the body. I this form of B vitamins will break down and be used by my body.The soft gels are tiny, a little bigger than a Tic-Tac. Very easy to swallow. There is no flavor; it is a soft liquid-filled cap.I took these for a while and didn't notice any negative effects or adjustment period. Because the pill is so small, the far is quite small despite containing 120 pills. It feels like a good value to me as expensive as supplements are these day.
