  Helps me sleep!

  Great value and lasts us forever. It does not dissolve, but this product never does. I mix this with my glycine in a glass of water for bed, stir stir stir, and chug before it settles to the bottom. It is gritty, but all you need are your big girl panties, and you've got this. This, combined with glycine, produces the best sleep I could ask for.

  I am no longer worried about breathing the magnesium citrate powder. I am just using clips for the magnesium citrate bag that is difficult to open and close. And I am not putting my face down into the bag when I measure. I keep my face way up as I scoop.Unfortunately, I lost my little measuring spoon that came with the powder. But since I take the powder and the capsulesI took a capsule and opened it. I emptied the contents into a metal 1/4 teaspoon.Except for a little fraction it almost filled the 1/4 teaspoon!!!!!I have read that measuring spoons can vary in size but I think I will be fine with my little 1/4 teaspoon!I am using the capsules for convenience at my job… And the powder for home! I think this will work for me and I am going to be careful not to take too much magnesium because I don't know if that is helpful. But if I forget a capsule during the day I'll have my powdered magnesium at night!!!I'm a woman and I eat lots of greens so I don't think I need as much magnesium as most men do. So for the time being I think less is best for me!My first impression:………….I like that this magnesium citrate powder is sold at reasonable price! I don't care for the packaging though. It's so difficult to get into the plastic container!! And then it's hard to seal it up. And when I try to seal it up a lot of "magnesium citrate powder" (or dust) poofs out of the container. And I really have to struggle to open OR close the package.The container does come with a nice measuring spoon. But my concern is about the magnesium citrate powder!I just trust that it is fine to eat, but I'm not so sure I like breathing in magnesium dust!What is good orally might not be so good to breathe in! So for the sake of caution I might try some other sort of magnesium!!I have a different gluten free brand that I really like that is more expensive. But it is Super easy to open up one of the capsules and just pour in the contents in my blender!I might update this review later with the name of the kind of magnesium I like! By the way, the powdered kind of magnesium citrate that I am reviewing is also gluten-free! That is a BIG plus and is is one reason why I purchased this brand!!! And like I said it comes at a good price … so I am hoping to learn more about this brand of magnesium powder! Will breathing it hurt my lungs?
