    It's a great supplement but it needs magnesium in order to be absorbed by your body.

    Careful buying other brands

    Tiny pills that actually taste like coconut. I started taking more and noticed a difference in my energy levels so I tried saving money by ordering another brand that said it was 11 cents per pill and this is 14 cents but this is actually cheaper and the pills are a third of the size because I didn't notice the other brand lied and you have to take two to get the 10k IU so it's really 22 cents. So this brand is actually cheaper, smaller pills, only have to take one to get the 10,000 IU.

    Remarkably fine

    It's good. My d3 is through the roof. I had to take it down to 5k IUs but I'm nervous because the pills look different than the 10k. Let's see if they work as well as the 10k.
